My daily coffee routine is becoming quite scientific.
- boil filtered water
- grind with burr grinder
- let water cool for 30 secs off boil
- saturate all grounds in French press
- stir after one minute
- steep with lid off for maximum bloom
- 4 min steep
- skim grounds off top at 3:50 mark
- slowly plunge press top
- enjoy in a pre heated mug.
